Hey I'm Michael Eckert, you can call me Mike. I am a fitness coach that has been coaching for over 9 years. I am also a United States Marine, 4 time American Ninja Warrior competitor and I've also broken multiple World Records for Pull Ups! 

I specialize in Functional Fitness which pretty much means being ready for anything at any time. My goal is to motivate, coach and inspire people to live a pain free, long and strong life!

That's why I started Bar Breaker. It's time to become the athlete you were always meant to be and LIVE ABOVE THE BAR!
